Maria Grimaldi is a biologist manager with a highly specialized posting at SCS8 – Optimization and control of food production, IZSVe. She is head of production and quality control solutions and culture media for the ISO 9000 – certified microbiology laboratories of IZSVe.
She is IZSVe coordinator for the AQUA Proficiency testing programme, being the head of AQUA Food microbiology proficiency testing, accredited ISO 17043.
She is also quality insurer of SCS1 – Official control laboratory and SCS8 – Food tTechnology laboratory (Vicenza), accredited ISO 17025. She is IZSVe Quality food group coordinator.
