Stefano Affolati is the Director of the Units SCA2 – Procurement, Services and Logistics and SCA4 – Technical and Real Estate Facilities Management at the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe).
Born in 1967, he holds a degree in Political Science (majoring in Political Economics) and a Master’s degree in Public Works Law and Practice. He previously held similar positions at the local health authorities Azienda ULSS 5 Ovest Vicentino (Arzignano, Vicenza) and Azienda ULSS 8 Berica (Vicenza), and boasts extensive legal and administrative experience in public administration, with a focus on public procurement.
He is registered in the National Register of Independent Evaluation Bodies and in the Veneto Region’s Regional Register of Administrative Inspectors.
